We are currently leasing through Real Property Management for over a year and we've been paying $2600/month if you require References. Depending on the place, we are willing to pay a bit more per month.

We received the unfortunate news a week before Christmas that the place we are leasing has been sold. So, we are now on our first month of house hunting before our 4 months to vacate expires.

We are a family of 3 plus 1 ailing senior mother in-law (77yrs old) who is on dialysis. Handidart comes and pick/drop her off for her dialysis treatments 3 times a week, sometimes 4 when she's not feeling too well.

We are looking for a full house with a suite around the South Surrey/White Rock area for son to continue schooling and he's currently in 9th grade. We are looking for long term for him to graduate here. Moving around is stressful for kids nowadays, especially with this pandemic going on.

I work in the Film Industry and work long hours. My wife takes care of the household and her mother as well. We are in our mid-40's to 50's.

We also have a 13 years old senior female toy poodle/chihuahua and a 5 years old female Korat cat and both are house trained.

We are also homeowners, located at Desolation Sound..so, extra parking for a boat is a bonus.
