This cosy, fully furnished and equipped holiday cottage is available for lets of up to 6 months. The 18C stone cottage also benefits from wi-fi broadband internet access and UK/French freeview TV. The cottage is situated in the northern tip of the Haute Vienne 87, very close to the borders of La Creuse 23, L'Indre 36 and Vienne 86. Junction 22 of the A20 motorway is only a 5 minute drive away, making access to the whole of the Limousin region very easy. Limoges is the capital city of the Haute Vienne, is a 45 minute drive away, and Limoges airport has flights from several UK destinations with Ryanair and Flybe.
The cottage is very quietly situated, in a small village, and has a small courtyard directly in front for secure off-road parking.
The one-bedroomed accommodation consists of (first floor) spacious double bedroom with fold-up single also available. Modern shower room right next to the bedroom, with power shower and heated towel radiator. Cosy sitting/dining room on the ground floor, with log-burning stove for Winter lets, plus modern efficient electric radiators. There is a double sofabed in the sitting room. The small, modern kitchen overlooks the rear garden and patio area, and has a washing machine, invaluable for a longer stay. Behind the cottage is totally open countryside. The monthly rental is from €450, depending on the length of stay/period required. Although we ask our guests not to smoke inside the cottage, we are quite happy for guests to smoke in the garden.
