Hello! I am a UBC student looking for a subletter from May 1st-August 30th.
This room is located in the heart of Kisilano.
It is fully furnished and is a room in a large apartment complete with a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, mud room and front room. There is a large shared porch with mountain views and numerous sky lights.
The 14 and 9 bus stop is directly in front of the apartment and the 99 bus stop is 5 min walk away.
The apartment does not include utilities but they tend to cost $25 dollars a month.
The apartment is equipped with a washer, dryer and dishwasher.
Across the street you'll find a 24 hour MacDonald, TD Bank and Liquor store. Within a 5 minute walk one can reach Safeway, cafes, VanCity Bank and a hardware store. Additionally, Kitsilano beach is 10 minutes away!
There is plenty of free parking space along the adjacent road.
